In this day and age, where there is such a disgusting lack of good customer service, your site definitely stands out from the rest! I belong to an internet chat board, a parenting forum (which is how I heard about your site). After placing my order with you, I went to the site and posted a message letting everyone know the great deal that you were offering on Britax car seats.
The next day, I checked my order status. I was pleasantly surprised to see a PERSONALIZED tracking message - complete with what I had ordered, the DHL tracking #'s, as well as a information on where I could track the package. Not only that, but information on how to contact you directly if necessary!!! WOW!
Before sending this email, and after receiving my car seats yesterday (very prompt, by the way), I checked back on my "order status" just to see if anything else was noted. To my surprise, there is another PERSONALIZED message - thanking me for my order, giving me information (and a link) on how to register my car seats, and again, information on how to directly contact you if necessary.
Needless to say, I have posted on the parenting forum again to not only let them know that I received the car seats in record time - but to also HIGHLY recommend your site!
